Returns and Refunds 

Item Arrives Faulty -

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us through our Returns Form within 3 days of delivery.

Once this has been approved by the QFCA Team, unused items must be returned unused within 14 days to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Refund or replacement will only be given after items have been returned to our warehouse. 

Important: Please do not return any items until your return has been approved by our team.
All return requests must be submitted via our official Returns Form, which can be found on our website. Verbal return requests, social media messages, or email-only requests will not be accepted. Returns that have not been formally submitted through the Returns Form may not be approved or processed.

If return has been approved return shipping will be covered by us, and refunds include the original shipping cost once the item has been received and inspected.

Want To Return Items -

Changed your mind? No problem — you may return items within 28 days of delivery. Please arrange return shipping yourself (at your own cost), and ensure the items are well-packaged. Any damage caused by poor packaging may result in a repair fee.

Please note we can only refund what we have been returned and original shipping cost will not be refunded.

To return items you must fill in our Returns Form and once this has been sent please wait until someone within the QFCA team has approved the return before you send back the items.

You will only be refunded once the goods have returned to our warehouse.

Incorrect or Missing Items Received -

If you receive incorrect items due to an error on our part, or if any items are missing from your delivery, this must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

To report the issue, please complete our Returns Form, providing:

  • A clear explanation of the situation

  • Photographs of the items received (if applicable)

  • Details of any missing items

Once the form is submitted:

  • For incorrect items: We will arrange free collection from the address provided on the form.

  • After the items are returned and inspected by our warehouse team, we will dispatch the correct items to you.

  • For missing items: Upon review and confirmation, we will arrange for the prompt dispatch of the missing items at no additional cost.

Product Dimensions and Weight Tolerances -

Please note that all product dimensions and weights listed on our website are approximate. Due to manual measurement and manufacturing processes, a variation of ±1 – 3 cm in dimensions and ± 0.2 – 0.5 kg in weight may occur. These tolerances are considered normal and do not qualify as a product defect.

Order Cancellations -

If you wish to cancel your order, you must complete and submit our Cancellation Form as soon as possible.

Please note that if the order has already been shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible. In this case, you may return the goods once received, at your own expense.

Refunds will only cover the cost of the goods and will not include any shipping charges. Returned items must meet our standard returns conditions - and refunds will only be given after the goods have been returned to our unit and inspected by our warehouse team.

Deliveries

Next day delivery is available for UK orders; To qualify for same-day dispatch, orders must be placed by 12:00 PM. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the next available business day.

We aim to deliver within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. However, delivery timeframes may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or transportation delays.

Shipping Restrictions Clause (UK Isles)

We do not ship to the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Scilly Isles, Scottish Isles, or any other offshore UK islands.

Orders placed to these locations will be cancelled and refunded.

Disclaimer of Liability

Quickfit Container Accessories Ltd is not liable for any loss or damage arising from delays in delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These may include, but are not limited to:

  • Acts of God

  • Infectious diseases or pandemics

  • Riots, strikes, lock-outs, or labour disturbances

  • Accidents or machinery breakdowns

  • Fire, flood, or extreme weather

  • Shortages of materials, labour, or transportation

  • Power outages or IT failures

We appreciate your understanding and patience in such circumstances.

Non-Receipt Of Goods (UK Orders Only)

For UK orders, if your parcel or pallet has not arrived within 10 days of the dispatch date, you must notify us by email at sales@qfca.co.uk or by telephone on 020 7118 8373.
Please note that if we are not informed of non-receipt within this timeframe, your order may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.


Northern Ireland & Republic Of Ireland Delivery Information

Orders can take up to 7 business days. Please note that all deliveries to Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland are on a 3-5 day service and are not eligible for next-day delivery, regardless of the shipping method selected at checkout.

We’ll always do our best to dispatch your order promptly, but please note that transit times to Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland depend on courier schedules and may be subject to delays, especially during peak periods.

Collections

We are open for collections Mon-Fri, 9am-3pm (Excluding Bank Holidays). We are a click and collect service, so we advise ordering online and then coming to pick up your goods from our showroom in Horsham, West Sussex, RH13 5QR.

Please note that collections must be retrieved within one month from the order date (e.g., orders placed on 1st February must be collected by 1st March). If goods are not collected within this one-month timeframe, the order will be cancelled and refunded, and the items will be returned to stock.

Warranty 

1-Year Limited Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and covers manufacturing defects and faults in materials or workmanship under normal, intended use.


What Is Covered:

  • Defects in manufacturing or assembly

  • Faults in materials or components

  • Product failure under normal, intended use


What Is Not Covered:

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, improper care, or abnormal use

  • Wear and tear from normal use (including fading, scuffs, or scratches)

  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect product functionality

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Loss, theft, or damage caused by external factors (e.g., water, fire, extreme temperatures)

We reserve the right to inspect and assess returned products to determine whether a claim is valid under the warranty terms.

Shipping Costs and Changes

Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, weight, and courier rates at the time of purchase. Please note that these rates are subject to change without prior notice due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier rate adjustments, fuel surcharges, and changes in international shipping regulations. We reserve the right to modify our shipping charges at any time.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are in sterling and include VAT and the standard rate (20%). Purchases made from outside the UK will be charged in sterling and converted to your currency by your credit card company. When ordering you must state the correct card holder’s details including address, these details are checked for security reasons and any mis-match in details may cause a delay – overseas customers please provide your full postal address, telephone number and e-mail address to speed up delivery.

We offer online gateways through Stripe and PayPal to process our on-line orders, These links will take you to the relevant security pages within the providers to confirm their terms and conditions.

Paying By Pro forma Invoice

Please note orders placed with the pro forma payment / Bank transfer option selected will not be shipped until the full payment is received. In the event an order is dispatched prior to payment the goods will remain property of Quickfit container accessories limited until payment is received in full.

Accuracy of content

Our goal is to have 100% accurate, clear and concise information in relation to the products that we offer for sale. Where possible we take our own pictures, videos, weights etc of all our products but sometimes use and rely on manufacturers / suppliers to provide the correct information and on some occasions the product may have a slight variant to our listing i.e weight, colour variation, development changes etc – if this is the case we will first clarify that you have received what we believe you to have ordered and if does have a problem we will refund, replace or offer different product whichever suits you.

Privacy Policy

We do not pass or share you’re your information to any third party. Your information is only ever used by us Quickfit Container Accessories Ltd or our secure payment gateway for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
If you have chosen to receive e-mail flyers/special offers from us, these will be sent a few times a month but this could be sent more frequently if we feel we have something that cannot wait until the next offer. We will not bomb bard your email address with anything other than related products that we sell.
