Shipping Container Single Door
Designed specifically for the shipping container conversion and manufacturing industry, our Shipping Container Single Doors provide a secure, insulated, and professional access solution for container modifications.
Featuring a fully welded frame, sealed joints, and polyurethane (PU) foam insulation throughout both the door leaf and frame, these doors offer excellent rigidity, strength, and thermal performance. Additional tolerance has been incorporated into the design to accommodate the natural movement of shipping containers during transport or when positioned on uneven ground.
Please note: A steel goalpost frame is not included with either the Standard or Anti-Vandal door. Industry best practice is to install container doors within a suitable goalpost or support frame. If you require one, please contact us before ordering and we will do our best to assist.

Finish
Supplied with a grey primer finish, ready to receive a final topcoat on site. We recommend painting within 24 hours of installation.

Insulation
The door leaf and frame are fully injected with polyurethane (PU) foam for improved insulation, rigidity, and strength.
Internal Reinforcement

- Full internal subframe
- Weld mesh reinforcement
- Door closer reinforcing plate
- Additional corner strengthening struts
Locking System
Fitted with the genuine HOOPLY® multi-point locking system, protected by:
- 2mm steel lock boxes
- Stainless steel rod protection tubes
- Adjustable latch keep for on-site adjustment
DDA-Compliant Threshold
This door features a stainless steel low-level threshold with a maximum upstand of just 12mm and chamfered edges, helping meet DDA accessibility requirements.

Built using the same high-quality construction as the standard door, the Anti-Vandal version incorporates additional security features to help resist attack and unauthorised access.
