⚠️ IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTICE – SELF-DRILLING DOORS

Each Self-Drilling Door is supplied with an additional frame bar that must be fitted on the side where the shipping container's corrugation creates a gap.

This bar is designed to fill the gap caused by the corrugation, ensuring the door frame fits correctly and securely.

Please ensure this bar is installed correctly to prevent any unwanted gaps around the door frame. Please check out installation video in the description for more information.

Most shipping container doors require a full steel frame and welding to install making them costly, time-consuming, and difficult to fit.

This door is different.

Our Self Drilling Shipping Container Door is designed for straightforward installation directly onto your container using standard fixings, with no welding required. The self-drill installation means you can fit it yourself quickly and easily, without specialist tools or fabrication work.

Featuring a strong multi-point locking system, this door provides enhanced security with multiple locking points across the frame. It is also fitted with a Euro cylinder lock, allowing you to easily change or upgrade the cylinder if required.

Please note: Fixings (screws/bolts) are not included and will need to be supplied by the installer depending on the application. The door is supplied complete with handle and locking system.

Suitable fixings can be purchased from Screwfix, Toolstation, or similar suppliers.

4.8mm x 22mm Easy Drive Button Head Self-Drilling Screws
5.5mm x 25mm Easy Drive Flange Head Self-Drilling Screws
For additional security: 6mm x 20mm Threaded Coach Bolts.
