What’s Your Cut Off Time For Next Day Deliveries?

Our cut off time for next day deliveries is Noon. Collections only take place Monday to Friday and delivery is next working day only. Your delivery may still be dispatched after this time dependent on how busy the warehouse team are on that day. If your order is urgent and you are ordering in the afternoon you can specify in the delivery notes the order is urgent, our team will then try to get the order out that day if possible (no guarantee).

How Far Do You Deliver?

We can offer delivery worldwide. Some locations will not be offered on the website due to fluctuation in shipping costs. If your location is not offering a price at checkout please click the contact us button and request a quote, we will then get back to you as quickly as possible with a quote.

Which Courier Do You Use?

UK ORDERS

For UK deliveries we use DPD for smaller size orders and Tuffnells for larger orders. For DPD orders your tracking details will be included on the order completed email, you should also receive a email and text message direct from DPD letting you know a delivery window. https://www.dpd.co.uk Tuffnells offer a different tracking system where they will email you a link to use to track the order with a URN. https://www.tuffnells.co.uk/track-and-trace

Its important you included an email address and mobile phone number on all orders to ensure tracking details are received.

International Orders

We dispatch internal orders with a carefully selected group of couriers and freight forwarders. Please included your Email and mobile number on all orders to ensure a smooth delivery.

How Do I know If An Item Is In Stock?

You can check this on the website product pages - we will list them as either 'On Back Order' or 'Out of Stock' if we don't currently have them in our warehouse.

There Is No Shipping Cost For My Location Or Country

If the delivery option is showing there is no delivery option for your location/country. Please email us your order and delivery address, we would happily quote, We don't include every country on the shipping at checkout as costs can vary a lot depending on the weight and size of the order and we can offer a better deal if we quote individually to the specific order.
